Five New Payment Gateways for WooCommerce


In the last couple of months I was pretty busy developing and managed to release quite a few plugins. Unfortunately, I did not manage to write a blog post for any of them. This is something I should work on, in addition to my writing skills of course.

There are five Payment Gateways I managed to develop and release in the last couple of month. Some of them are new and some of them are not so new.

CertoDirect Payment Gateway

CertoDirect is a payment gateway that offers its users the possibility to accept debit/credit cards plus more than 10 alternative payment methods such as PayPal, Alipay, Amazon Payments, WebMoney Transfer, Google Wallet and more. Integration is quick and easy and takes a couple of minutes.

CertoDirect gateway extension uses the redirect and iframe payment flow. You have the choice to redirect you customer to the CertoDirect secure servers to make a payment or show the customer the payment page in an iframe directly from your website. After a payment completion the customer is presented with a “Thank You” page.
Note: SSL certificate is not required to use CertoDirect payment gateway.

PayTrace Payment Gateway

PayTrace was founded in 2004 and is an industry leader for providing a safe, easy to use payments processing services. PayTrace is PCI certified, has more than 24,000 users and is dedicated to provide merchants with excellent customer service while increasing security and reducing costs to them. PayTrace processes payments in US currency using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and JCB credit cards.

The customer experience is one of a direct payment. You customer will pay directly from your checkout page, never leaving your store. After a successful payment, the customer will be presented with a “Thank You” page.
Note: SSL Certificate is required in order to protect you customer sensitive information.

iPay88 Payment Gateway

iPay88 is a leading payment provider in Malaysia. iPay88 offers many payment options to their clients including credit/debit cards, direct debit for countries like Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, New Zealand, Australia, China, and alternative payment options like AliPay, Paysbuy and more. iPay88 also is able to process payments in multiple currencies depending on your account, some of those include Malaysian Ringgit(MYR), US Dollar (USD), Yuan Renminbi (CNY), Euro (EUR), Pound Sterling (GBP) and more.

iPay88 gateway uses a redirect customer experience. Your customer will be redirected to iPay88 secure servers where a payment will using any of the available options will be made. On a successful payment the customer will be returned back to your store and presented with a “Thank You” page.
Note: SSL Certificate is NOT required.

Netbanx Payment Gateway

Netbanx gateway is owned by Optimal Payments, a global provider of online payment services. Netbanx gateway offers a its customers the ability to accept payments via debit/credit card, direct debit, alternative payment methods with a high security.

TrustCommerce Payment Gateway

TrustCommerce is a US based payment processing company that offers a robust and secure payment gateway. Using TrustCommerce you will be able to accept payments in US Dollars and by all major credit cards and eChecks(thanks to the ACH built-in feature).

TrustCommerce user experience is a direct one. Your customers will never leave your site to make a payment, everything happens directly on your store “Checkout” page. Upon successful/failed payment the customer will be presented with a “Thank You” page or and error message describing the error.
Note: SSL certificate is mandatory in order to use the TrustCommerce payment gateway.
